Letter to Our Community
Dear Friends,
This report tells the story of what we accomplished together in 2025—through persistence, care, and a whole lot of heart. Putting it together gave us a moment to reflect, even as the work of this new year is already well underway.
It’s a meaningful time for AllPaths. We recently said “so long” (not goodbye) to Kate Weldon LeBlanc, our extraordinary Executive Director since 2015. Kate has been a mentor, a guide, a steady partner, and a dear friend. Her leadership helped shape so much of who we are and how we show up for our community.
As we begin the search for our next Executive Director, we’re looking ahead with clarity and hope. In the meantime, Emily Lindblad, our thoughtful and capable Operations Manager, together with our dedicated Board and phenomenal volunteers, is making sure we not only stay steady—but keep growing.
One thing that doesn’t change: our hearts are always with those working to build their families.
I hope you’ll take a few moments with this report. It’s a reflection of what we’ve done together—and a reminder of what’s possible as we move forward.
With appreciation,
Lisa
P.S. We always are happy to welcome YOU to participate in our efforts. Reach out and we’ll figure out together how you can find an ideal opportunity with us!
Community Support
In 2025, AllPaths hosted 275 Peer Support Groups covering 20 different family building topics...
...connecting our community across 39 states and 5 countries.
Our 35 dedicated group leaders volunteered almost 1,000 hours of their time over the course of the year.
And while we're so grateful to all of our volunteers, we'd like to give special shout-outs to Kristin D., Andy L., and Liane M. who celebrated their 5th year as group leaders in 2025.
Kristin was even chosen as one of the 2025 Myra Kraft Community MVP Award recipients for her service to AllPaths.

This has been the most challenging experience of my life so far, and AllPaths is one of the only things I can point to in making the experience more manageable.
Family Building Resources
In 2025, over 60,000 people found unbiased information, tools, experts, and support through our online Resource Library, Professional Directory, and Insurance Consultations.
Trending content from our Resource Library included:
We celebrated the 1 year anniversary of the AllPaths Podcast in September and closed out 2025 with the news that our show was in the top 50% of all podcasts!
Have you heard our the top 3 episodes of 2025?
🎧 Karen’s Journey: “I was so focused on being pregnant that I lost sight of wanting to be a mom."
🎧 Alison's Journey: "My heart was missing a piece and it was you."
🎧 Rebecca's Journey: "This is right for me and right for my family."
And lastly, making it's debut in 2025, we introduced our newest resource the AllPaths Bookshop.
Whether looking for information about a particular path, a personal story to shed light on an unknown road, or an age-appropriate way to explain a journey to little listeners, this storefront includes some of our favorite fertility and family building books.
Our Bookshop is always growing so if there are any titles that you’ve found particularly helpful to you on your family’s journey – or if you’ve written a book sharing your experience and expertise – please let us know at admin@allpathsfb.org!
Advocacy Highlights
From confirmatory adoption wins and defeating bills that would restrict reproductive rights to founding new state and federal coalitions, 2025 was a successful year for advocacy.
Explore some of the year's highlights and as always, reach out to us at admin@allpathsfb.org to get involved!
Vermont Fertility Advocacy Day
Vermont remains the ONLY state in the Northeast that does not provide insurance coverage for fertility care and we're working to change that.

VT Fertility Advocacy Day | April 10, 2025
In April of 2025, we hosted the first ever Vermont Fertility Advocacy Day at the VT State House in Montpelier to raise awareness of this issue. Current and former fertility patients, providers, and partners from across the state shared their stories in support of bipartisan fertility insurance bill H.302 which is still under consideration in 2026.
2025 Advocacy Award
Rep. Bartley and Advocates at Vermont Fertility Advocacy Day
Rep. Bartley and Advocates at Vermont Fertility Advocacy Day
AllPaths was thrilled to present the 2025 Advocacy Award to Vermont State Representative Ashley Bartley!
Rep. Bartley is the dedicated lead sponsor of our fertility insurance legislation in the Green Mountain State and among other things, she was instrumental this Spring during the first ever Fertility Advocacy Day at the Vermont State House.
Rep. Bartley was also part of two important legislative victories this session – passing a bill to relieve medical debt for low- and moderate-income Vermonters and a bill to streamline confirmatory adoptions for LGBTQ families.
You can listen to Rep. Bartley talk about her story and her work on her episode of the AllPaths Podcast.
Building Strong Teams
We always say that advocacy is a team sport and 2025 was no exception. We're grateful to all of our advocacy partners and were proud to have founded two new advocacy coalitions this year:
The State Strong coalition brings together state-level fertility advocates across the country to protect and expand access to fertility care and family building rights across the US.
The Endometriosis Alliance of Massachusetts (TEAM) is comprised of patients, providers, and advocates who are dedicated to dedicated to improving the lives of those with endometriosis in the Commonwealth.
